Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation.

Delivery Times

• Denmark: 3-7 business days
• EU Countries: 5-14 business days
• Rest of World: 10-21 business days

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders over kr.499. Use code FREESHIP at checkout on orders over €30.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Customs & Duties

For orders outside the EU, customs duties may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer.
